Job description:
– Managing and caring for existing customers:
- Maintain and update the information and data of all customers managed by themselves.
- Perform customer satisfaction assessments managed by themselves, update and record information about customer satisfaction.
- Take care of relationships with former customers.
– Consulting and customer care according to the available data is transferred from the company down.
– Find and develop new customers (online channels and offline channels).
– Plan weekly, monthly, yearly sales.
– Collecting market information. Analyzing and solving the situation in a timely manner in order to achieve the company’s sales and revenue targets.
Request:
- Graduated from college or higher majoring in business administration, engineering or equivalent.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience of 1-2 years in the sales business. Inexperienced will be trained and supported in the beginning.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in printing, packaging, consumable materials.
- Priority is given to candidates with sales experience using online channels (facebook, google, …).
- Young, dynamic, hard to update, learn market trends.
- Have independent work skills and teamwork.
- Good communication, sensitivity, dynamic and enthusiasm.
